We all have a part to play in achieving the ideal of ” justice for all.” Suzette Hyde is ready to serve as your County Court Judge in Broward County. With decades of experience inside the courtroom and 10 years of experience on the Broward County bench as a Hearing Officer in the Civil Traffic division, she is prepared to serve the community at large. Vote for experience, equity, and diversity, County Court is commonly known as the “people’s court.” This is where most people will bring their cases to be resolved, oftentimes by a judge instead of a jury. Our County Courts handle the bulk of the cases brought to court, including, misdemeanors, traffic cases, small claims, landlord-tenant cases, and civil disputes for claims $30, 000 and less.
