Scholastic offers an interactive tour of Ellis Island.  Information, photos, audio, video and related facts add to the resource for classroom use. Additional sections of this resource include “Meet Young Immigrants”, “Immigration Data”, and “A Virtual Field Trip to Ellis Island”. Teachers will find that this resource would be especially useful for independent study, large group instruction, or assigned as nonfiction reading.
