Former President Donald Trump will be processed on Thursday in Fulton County, a source familiar told Fox News Digital. A Georgia court set bond for Trump at $200,000, after he was charged by Fulton County prosecutors with 13 counts last week related to its investigation into his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Trump was charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis with one count of violation of the Georgia RICO Act, three counts of criminal solicitation, six counts of criminal conspiracy, one count of filing false documents, and two counts of making false statements.

Former President Donald Trump is expected to surrender today at the Fulton County Jail on felony charges in connection with efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia.
District Attorney Fani Willis oversaw the sweeping investigation and the racketeering charges.
Many of Trump’s 18 co-defendants, including Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows, have already surrendered in the election interference case.
