Martin BBQ

Martin’s BBQ is a Puerto Rican cuisine fast food restaurant chain that sells barbecue chicken and other Puerto Rican dishes such as yucca, sweet potato, French fries, fried green plantains, green bananas, sweet plantains, ribs, white and yellow rice and beans, mofongo, among others.

Martin’s BBQ has 27 locations in Puerto Rico where it is a “household name” and is one of the larger chains, as well as a restaurant in Orlando, Florida. The stores feature a tough-looking bird and the motto: El Original! (The Original).
