Agnes Fenton of Englewood, New Jersey, turned 113 on August 4, 2017. She is a supercentenarian — 1 in 10 million people who live past the age 110. According to NorthJersey.com, Fenton credits her longstanding health to drinking three Miller High Lifes and a shot of Johnnie Walker Blue label scotch every day for 70 years.

Though Fenton hasn’t actually had alcohol in awhile (her caretakers don’t want her to drink given that she eats less these days), she explains that it was actually a doctor who recommended she drink so hard for so long. After removing a benign tumor decades ago — which Fenton says was the only serious health problem she ever had — the doctor said, “Agnes, you must drink three Miller High Lifes a day.” And so she did. And a shot too.

Fenton also sleeps a lot, enjoys chicken wings with green beans and sweet potatoes, and says prayers daily. Her current physician, who was not the one to prescribe her alcohol as a life hack, told NorthJersey.com that Fenton’s “health has been phenomenal. … She’s completely, thoroughly amazing.”

There is absolutely no reason not to follow in Fenton’s footsteps. After all, it’s common knowledge that several beers and some chicken wings a day keep the doctor away for more than 100 years in most cases.
